- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called today to ask about a procedure. The receptionist clearly had an attitude. Wasn't helpful in answering my questions and made a comment about a questions I have had regarding an insurance coverage. Based on the initial out-of-pocket costs and the attitude, I can't see myself going into that office for any type of procedures in the future.By A Google User, June 26, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had never filed a claim before so had no opinion one way or the other about this office. I recently filed a claim and I have to say I have never been treated with such disrespect and condescending attitude. Rick Herron is the agent and he was beyond rude. The receptionist is nice, but once you get past her..it's nothing but attitude. He tries to sell you every policy under the sun from house to auto to life......but when you need assistance with a claim he dismisses you and does everything he can to disuade you from filing. In the middle of the claim I had to research a new office to work with and it has been nothing but a pleasure. This guy needs to retire....really a bad representation of Allstate as a company.By Wishful Wicks, April 18, 2017
